This post brought to you by Revlon. All opinions are 100% mine.
i am really excited about the next couple of posts.
i have decided to join in on the Revlon Expression Experiment. (yaay!)
it's a challenge to use new colors, new hues, and change makeup from being so routine.
the first product i am using today is:
revlon colorstay shadow
i used the little sissy as a model.
she and i are similar in our makeup application..
although we use different products than one another,
we have gotten into this little rut with our makeup.
i used to use some awesome colors with my shadow,
but these days...i put on mascara & eyeliner and call it good.
man! i need to break out of my shell!
i used to love doing eyeshadow
because i felt like i could use my eyes as an art canvas every day.
so i was excited to do that again with the little sissy today and the above color pallete.
*tip: if you want your shadow to be more pigmented,
try using some lotion mixed in with the shadow.
below is a drawing of how the shadow was applied:
and my favorite part,
i love wearing awesome shadow with a fabulous outfit.
i think bright shadow like this would look great with a neutral outfit and aqua/green accents:
& if this post wasn't long enough already...
i had to add this picture of little sissy.
does her hair not look ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
i am so jealous of her pretty locks.
pretty fun, huh!
and you can join in on the expression movement & boost your self esteem with revlon products!
just check out the facebook page: Revlon Expression Experiment
or just try some inspiration on your own, comment about it and lead me to your posts!
now, have fun!
and come back soon for more of my revlon expression.
My first challenge was the red lipstick. It was different from what I would normally wear and I actually loved it. Putting a new post review on the foundation primer today.
